Terms of service.

These Terms and Conditions are in regards to the services on which My Sunshine Mindful Play, ABN 20 751 903 853, will carry out.
In making a booking for classes, incursions and parties with My Sunshine Mindful Play, you are accepting these Terms and Conditions.

  • You acknowledge that services run by My Sunshine Mindful Play include food-based products, artificial food colouring, small pieces and loose parts. Wherever possible, we will use high grade food-safe ingredients and dye. My Sunshine Mindful Play will always be transparent with clients before sessions, parties and events.

  • You understand there will be a variety of sensory play activities set up at our services. Some activities will be messy so we recommend that all participants wear old or inexpensive clothing. My Sunshine Mindful Play does not take any responsibility for any damage to clothing or personal items as a result of our Services.

  • You agree to take full responsibility for your child in your care during the sessions to ensure their safety and the safety of others and stay within close proximity to your child for the duration of the session.

  • You will disclose any allergies your child has in writing. My Sunshine Mindful Play takes no responsibility if any accidents or reactions occur during the sessions.

  • You understand that once a session is purchased, the sessions are non refundable. The fee for sessions will be forfeited for no show attendance. A refund or credit will only be issued if a class is cancelled or at the discretion of the owner.

  • If you or your child is unwell, we ask that you do not attend your booking. A credit can be arranged if notified within a 12 hour period.

  • My Sunshine Mindful Play reserves the right to cancel any class that has less than 4 attendees. If we cancel a class in accordance with this provision, we will issue a credit against your account, to be used for future classes.

  • You understand that sessions will be held outside where possible, unless of extreme weather.

  • You are welcome to take photographs of your children during the sessions, however please do not take any photographs of children that are not yours, unless given permission. My Sunshine Mindful Play will always ask for consent before using images and videos on social media or our website.

  • Parties & events require a $50 deposit upon booking and then full payment received 7 days prior to your event.

  • Parties & events need 1 hour prior to play for set up and 1 hour at the conclusion of play for clean up.

  • Participants hosting parties or events hold full responsibility of the items and materials used during the occasion and any items damaged or lost will be ask to be replaced or compensated for.

  • Incursion bookings require an educator or teacher present for the entirety of the session.
