My Sunshine Mindful Play offers 45 minute sessions of unstructured and free play for children aged 6 months - 5 years old. Each week is a new theme and all activities set up are designed to encourage fine motor skills, early literacy development, collaboration and, of course, FUN!

The best part? Leave the mess behind and leave it to us!

At the commencement of each session, we provide the opportunity to say positive affirmations and practice a new breathing technique that can be used with your children anywhere, anytime.

If it is your first time attending one of our Mindful Play sessions, please take the time to read our Terms of Service found in the link at the bottom of our website.

You will also be sent information with your confirmation email once you purchase tickets. In this information will be a link for an enrolment form to fill out (also found below). This enrolment form is important to fill in before attending your session as it will let us know of any allergies your child might have.
