Welcome! My Sunshine Mindful Play was born in 2023 because of the love, enjoyment and calmness that play brings to children! Something we pride ourselves on is how My Sunshine Mindful Play incorporates mindfulness into every product created and each session we hold.
We love affirmations, the power of positive thinking, breathing techniques and emotional regulation strategies for all ages.

Connection
We love seeing the strong connections our sessions foster between parent and child. Our sessions are the perfect way to continue building meaningful and trustful relationships together. All our set ups are designed to be open ended for you and your child to explore and spark a sense of curiosity and imagination.
We also love seeing parents socialising with each other at our sessions - sharing experiences, similarities and parenting challenges. At our sessions, you will find a supportive network of likeminded parents and carers.
